With a degree in Economics and a postgraduate specialization in Production Management, Conrado Gonsalez is a self-taught designer who currently serves as Creative Director, overseeing product and project management at the factory. He brings together expertise that spans from product creation, concept development, and manufacturing processes to the formulation of brand strategies, positioning, and commercialization.

 

Born into the glass industry, he has been immersed in the company’s daily operations since 2009. In addition to his experience in Brazil, he has gained international knowledge in England, Italy, and Germany, incorporating best practices in glass into his extensive market experience.
