Victor M. Leite is a product designer, curator, and creative director, holding a degree in Product Design and a postgraduate degree in Interiors from FAAP. Since 2021, he has been a partner at Mollde Consultoria, where he conceived the permanent exhibition Casa Mollde + Conteúdo – a collaborative project supported by over 40 brands from the decoration sector.

He began his career in 2010 at Grupo Dpot and Clami, developing furniture collections, and later founded Studio Tri Design, where he worked in branding, curation, and scenography until 2020. In his current practice, he provides creative direction and curatorial services for brands such as Tapetah, EcoSimple, CGS Móveis, and Pollus, focusing on collection development and market repositioning.

Recipient of awards including the A' Design Awards, Museu da Casa Brasileira, and Prêmio Salão Design, he recently launched a limited-edition woven tapestry at an art gallery in Miami, addressing sustainability in design. He also served as curator of Casa Brasil NY 2022, promoted by Abimóvel and ApexBrasil, organizing works by Brazilian designers for the international market.

Today, Victor focuses his efforts on curatorial projects, product development, and design strategies for brands in the furniture and decoration sectors.
